27 themes, from System Default to Dracula — pick one in Settings.
Consistent Notes ships with 27 themes — most of the classics (Dracula, Nord, Gruvbox, Monokai, Solarized, Catppuccin, Tokyo Night, Rosé Pine, Everforest, Kanagawa, Synthwave 84…) plus System Default, which follows your Mac’s light or dark appearance, and forced light/dark variants.
Change it in Settings → General → Themes, where a live preview shows headings, body text, code, and checkboxes in the theme before you commit.
The theme touches everything in the app — editor, lists, heatmap, and the syntax highlighting in your entries. It never changes your text, only how it looks.
A few worth knowing:
Write in whatever makes you open the app. The words don’t care.
